J\u2019ai souhait\u00e9 construire mon parcours professionnel en alliant finance et op\u00e9ration et si possible dans de multitudes situations et secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9. J\u2019ai donc naturellement rejoint un cabinet de conseils pour me sp\u00e9cialiser dans la gestion et l\u2019optimisation du Besoin en Fonds de Roulement (BFR).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">J\u2019y suis rest\u00e9 10 ans, une exp\u00e9rience enrichissante tant sur le plan humain que sur les comp\u00e9tences acquises.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 300; text-align: left;\"><b><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Comment vous est venue l\u2019id\u00e9e\u00a0de cr\u00e9er CashNow ?<\/span><\/strong><\/b><\/h3>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est simplement le prolongement de 10 ann\u00e9es au contact de mes clients et de leurs probl\u00e9matiques autour du cash. Le BFR n\u2019est que la traduction de d\u00e9cisions prises sur le terrain. <\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Or, on se rend compte aujourd\u2019hui que l\u2019implication et la responsabilisation des op\u00e9rationnels sont encore faibles, essentiellement par manque d\u2019outils et de d\u2019informations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">La gestion de la relation financi\u00e8re clients est encore trop peu structur\u00e9e dans les entreprises au regard des enjeux financiers qui en d\u00e9coulent. <\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Ce processus est encore le parent pauvre en terme d\u2019outils. Au regard notamment de la gestion commerciale, de la gestion de la tr\u00e9sorerie, la comptabilit\u00e9 ou encore la gestion des stocks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">L\u2019id\u00e9e de cr\u00e9er CashNow d\u00e9coule de ce constat.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 300; text-align: left;\"><b><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Entreprendre, c\u2019est un risque. La pire des choses, c\u2019est justement de ne pas prendre de risque, de ne pas essayer. Personnellement, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re avoir des remords que des regrets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Dans les 1<sup style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00e8res <\/sup>ann\u00e9es d\u2019un projet, 80% des chances de r\u00e9ussite r\u00e9sident dans la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9quipe et de sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 ex\u00e9cuter.<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00a0<\/span>La compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 des profils est importante ainsi que la capacit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00e0 se remettre en question. Pour CashNow, c\u2019est la rencontre de profils m\u00e9tiers et techniques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Ensuite, vient le produit. Celui-ci doit avoir une proposition de valeur claire et facilement perceptible pour le client. Pour nous, c\u2019est la promesse de r\u00e9duire significativement son exposition financi\u00e8re client via une solution technologique et une approche collaborative. \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 300; text-align: left;\"><b><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Vous parlez de gestion de la relation financi\u00e8re clients et d\u2019exposition ? Qu\u2019est-ce que c\u2019est ?<\/span><\/strong><\/b><\/h3>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00ab\u00a0Ces termes sont souvent utilis\u00e9s mais je me rends compte qu\u2019ils sont encore assez flous pour nombre de personnes\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">La relation financi\u00e8re client recouvre l\u2019ensemble des \u00e9l\u00e9ments financiers de la relation commerciale\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">termes contractuels : prix, d\u00e9lais de paiement, modes de r\u00e8glement, ristournes et remises, cr\u00e9dits accord\u00e9s<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\">le non factur\u00e9 : commandes, services et produits livr\u00e9s, en cours de production<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\">le factur\u00e9 : factures, avoirs, litiges, retards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Chacune de ces composantes int\u00e8gre ses propres leviers d\u2019optimisation.<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> Ainsi, m<\/span>\u2019exposition financi\u00e8re client (qui traduit le risque global) regroupe le non factur\u00e9 et le factur\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Les entreprises appr\u00e9hendent encore essentiellement la relation financi\u00e8re client par la composante factur\u00e9e, ce qui est r\u00e9ducteur. Mais c\u2019est accessoire : ces outils sont d\u2019abord des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019informations comptables. <\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Pour notre part, nous sommes un \u00ab\u00a0pure player\u00a0\u00bb<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00a0 <\/span>de la gestion financi\u00e8re client.
